I) Introduction
At Fred's Lab, we are committed to safeguarding the privacy of our customers and fully adhere to the principles outlined in the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We also believe GDPR is an important privacy initiative. To ensure maximum transparency and control, this website has been developed without relying on third-party frameworks or content delivery networks. We do not track visitor activity nor collect any profile data (such as browser type or operating system).

The only personal data we collect is that which is voluntarily provided by users, such as when making a purchase, seeking technical support, or subscribing to our mailing list. We do not collect any other data.

III) Data Collected
Fred's Lab collects and stores personal data in the following three situations, all managed within Fred's Lab's own infrastructure: a- Shop Usage
When customers purchase products such as gear, sound sets, preset banks, or accessories from the Fred's Lab online store, we collect and process the following data: customer identity, location, email address, tax information, order details, and delivery and invoice addresses. Some of this data may be shared with third parties solely for the purpose of processing and fulfilling the order (e.g., shipping providers, payment processors).

b- Support System
Users can submit support tickets through our platform, which may include text, images, or videos to assist in resolving issues. To access the support platform, users are required to create a profile with a login, password, and email address. The data provided is exclusively used by Fred's Lab to resolve the support case and is archived for documentation purposes. We do not share the email address or content of the support tickets with third parties.

c- Mailing List
Visitors have the option to subscribe to Fred's Lab's mailing list, which only collects email addresses for the purpose of sending news about new products and special offers. The email addresses collected are used solely for this purpose and are not shared with any third parties.

may be required and archived, for the exclusive purchase needs and legal accounting obligations. Both a paper and digital copy of each purchase are securely archived for a period of 10 years.

Fred’s Lab aims to solely collect the strictly necessary private data.

By third-party service providers:

http://fredslab.net website includes links or user interface elements provided by third-party service providers such as PayPal, Soundcloud and Youtube. These services allow the customer to securely pay online and to view rich media contents illustrating the products available.

Fred’s Lab has no means to control the personal data collected and the potential cookies installed by these service providers. These companies have their own privacy policies. Please check the following addresses:

III) Data Usage
The data collected when ordering are safely digitally archived and reproduced in paper form. They are kept for 10 years minimum, for the accounting obligations. These data is then destroyed.

Fred’s Lab guarantees the customer protection of his personal data sufficiently and will not disclose these data to third-party providers, except for the delivery information which has to be passed over to the carrier DHL.

Law or a legal procedure may compel Fred's Lab to disclose personal data of some of its customers to public authorities. Fred's Lab will check the legality of these procedures and inform those concerned when appropriate.

IV) Visitors rights on personal data
In accordance with the European regulation n°2016/679 (GDPR), any visitor of the http://fredslab.net website has a right of access, modification, opposition and withdrawal of his information.

To exercise this right on personal data, the visitor can contact the person in charge (see paragraph V) with a proof of identity (photo of an identity card or a passport in validity).

The information sent is encrypted but do not to use these forms to communicate critical information, such as bank details, passwords...

At any time and without notice, Fred's Lab reserves the right to modify this policy to meet the new legal obligations. Visitors approval is not required.
